Meet today:
Pasta the night before 100g
Went standard breakfast and lunch (less peppers (only one) than usual)
Decent sleep
2 servings of whole wheat bread split between 5th and 6th
Supplemental granola bars
Ran the 3200
Pretty decent weather
Klaff came to watch
Went out in 72 for the first lap thanks to Aidan Smith but pulled it together to run 5:17 for the first mile and 5:23 for the second mile (last lap in 78) so 10:40
I was pleased
I ended up catching the 3rd Pequa kid at the start of the last lap and passing him (burning him) with 300 to go
It felt good
We lost though
