Foolproof Notice-Board

I was flabbergasted to see this city notice-board that had recently been mounted right in the middle of our busiest pedestrian street.

It is obviously meant for concert posters and other flyers that litter the free urban space and seem untidy and out of place to the middle-aged eye. But the local government must think the youth are an uncontrollable force, because this creation is so sturdy it can only be toppled with a bulldozer.
