Bee on the pieris flowers in the garden today.

We had some good news today: Richard had one of his regular check-ups at the ENT clinic today for his ongoing polyps and asthma problems and the ENT consultant said he can see no evidence of any polyps and has discharged him - Hooray!
Richard's had 3 sessions of a weird alternative therapy called Bowen Technique and it actually seems to have helped.
