Cream cheese bagel

Pretty poor last minute blip.

There's barely been a day since I've been here that I haven't eaten a bagel. Great for breakfast, perfect for lunch and they do a pretty good job when you realise you've forgotten to get any food for dinner.

Today it was lunch.
