Haze or Hazard?

A dreich day, but at least we can be confident that our haze is not hazardous. Very concerned by indexes of 9 and 10 in London and East Anglia, but slightly reassured by the breakdown of the index into urban and rural.

Scotland's index is 1. Maybe we should consider adding air quality to our list of profit-making exports post-Indy (along with wind, water and wave energy)?

Nothing exciting to blip so a record of the camellia in full bloom, if a bit bedraggled. It's about 6 foot tall; the rose to the left is the crazy Alexander which refuses to be kept at a sensible height and just spurts when you turn your back after brutal pruning.
