Charities Day

Al pulling a most uncharacteristic face, off to school for Charities Day. Al likes a dress up day as much as the rest of them but the theme this year was Spring. Not so easy for the lads, so he just wore a bright shirt & added a daffodil.

Al enjoyed Charities Day but said he felt he didn't really eat enough sweets. He felt slightly cheated that he didn't feel utterly stuffed and sick with Haribo.

Went for an early run, rushed home to shower, met a friend for coffee, belted round the park with Charlie for an hour, had two slices of toast for lunch, went to see Al at Charities Day, came home, cut out a pile of hexagons for my Love Reading quilt, went back to get Al from school. Washing, ironing, cooking. Reading with Betsy, dinner, walk Charlie, flake out.
