After sunset

The sky remained beautifully coloured for quite some time. Long enough for me to try and get a decent photo of the crescent moon (coloured by the sun from below the horizon) without a tripod; go and get the tripod; despair of managing any sort of photo of the moon with the tripod (I need a new SD card for the Pentax); and then take this photograph, using the tripod.

Cox Bay (dipping in from the harbour in centre field) is quite beautiful in large, with the reef uncovered beyond the bay. The darkness of the string of parks connecting Grey Lynn with Coxs Bay, is very obvious here.

Yet another day without a run photo this week.
