Species #5: Common Merganser

I didn't plan to have bird shot today, but on my way to work, passing the pond, I discovered this one, that I never have seen before (and it was 3 of it). Had to consult my bird books and they said it is a Common Merganser. They were gone in the afternoon.

I have not been good to comment your photos, but I go through them, albeit a little late.
