Emerging Ferns

The garden is on the move by the minute it seems. Yesterday these ferns leaves were still tightly bound and this morning they are well on the way to standing proud to face the months ahead. This variety particularly early to open as others in different areas of the garden yet to show any signs of new growth. If you have ferns and have not yet removed last years growth do it NOW otherwise you miss the beautiful new fronds unfurling. Same applies to ornamental grasses.
