So begins my @qmscotland challenge

The lovely people at QMScotland sent me a very nice parcel of steaks with a challenge to create my own steak sauce - I ate all the steaks (helped by friends) so I drafted in Bees to bring me a 'ready steady cook' type bag of ingredients to make my sauce from - am a little petrified its fair to say - cream, lemongrass, basil & ginger - it's certainly going to be a bit different ...
