Salt farming

Yesterday, I went to the Wawa pier to take a boat to Payong Payong point for a sunset shot. On the way there I noticed a salt farm and decided to visit it today. Sea water is put in beds about 10m x 10m. The sides are framed with wood and the flat bottom is made of broken pieces of clay pot. 2" deep sea water dries up into rock salt and is scraped to be sold in the local market.
