Good bye To Blower..

Steve Blow..
It's been a sad weekend for Dick & I because we lost a brilliant mate & life long friend Blower.. Steve was an absolute brick when I went through my first breast cancer in 2006, little did we know we would be supporting one another the next couple of years after.. Last year Steve & Jean gave up the best part of their notorious fancy dress wedding anniversary day "August on the river bank", to help raise money for my 400kms Cuba Challenge.. It raised over £600 with them & all their friends, as all their anniversaries a fantastic fun day, it was very important to Steve & Jean helping raise money for cancer every year because like the new part of Cheltenham oncology unit we both had sat in week after week, it was not paid for by our government it was paid for, by people Gloucestershire people raising money.. He new how important these raised funds made a difference to lives.. Now our thoughts are with you Jean and we are only a call away if you need anything..,

Steve fought a long & dignified struggle with his cancer but still kept his cheery spirits until the very end.. I know I can speak for every person who new Steve we will miss you Blower..

Another courageous comrade & friend in the cancer battle has fallen .....
