Have quit the exercise to restart again on Monday...trying to do too much again

How could I have forgotten had lovely facetime with Matt tonight. He showed me all round the place he was staying and he is starting work tomorrow and has himself a car already. Sounds happy. Lovely to talk to him but I did choke up a bit after I came off the phone...missing him I guess xx
