Tax dollars at work

In yet another stroke of imaginative and out of the box thinking, one of the local authorities created hours of fun and excitement for motorists by having not one, but two of these monster machines working at different intersections within a few blocks of each other.

Oh what a pleasant time it was waiting in line to get past them.
I can just hear them at their next meeting, "Can you imagine how much extra revenue we created in fuel taxes with all that idling going on."

Well done boys, give yourselves a big pat on the back.
