To Be A Part of ?

The Grangemouth 10k took place today . I went along to see the main runners and had forgotten about the Grangemouth 2km run but I am so glad that I didn't miss it . Children with their dads , youngsters running on their own all running their hearts out they all deserve a medal but this mum gets my vote, her daughter may not be able to run but she was one of the runners today . Sport should be open to all not just for the fittest and most skillful but to everyone , for all those who have turned up to train and tried their hardest and yet never get picked , sometimes its not about winning or being first it is about taking part.
