A World Without Torture

This temporary installation was created by the Quaker Concern for the Abolition of Torture (Q-CAT) and is part of the 'World Without Torture' garden which won a Gold Medal at the RHS Tatton Show 2012.

It was designed by Howard Miller (architect) and Dori Miller (amateur gardener) and funded by Q-CAT together with donations from individuals, Quakers and Quaker Meetings.

It is located in the grounds of Woodbrooke Quaker Study, near the entrance to the walled garden.
