Porch window

This beautifully carved screen is weathered now, but must have looked splendid when the little porch was originally built on the south side of our village church. Within the last year it has been decided not to use this porch and now entry to the church is through a door at the west end which leads into the base of the tower. Not nearly as quaint, but maybe it is more practical.
