Balance

Saw this woman today and was highly impressed by her poise and balance in carrying her groceries on her head...great skill if you're capable of doing it ,but surely very uncomfortable....

Definitely got my attention and im pretty sure its not something im even close to trying to replicate myself anytime soon.
