Reaching for the Sky

I took the advantage this morning of being six floors up to blip the prestigious view that our lawyers experience, thanks to our generously paying their exorbitant fees without so much of a murmur. Well strictly speaking that is not true, we do whimper a bit as we hand over the cash.

While they have a 360 degree view over the city and hills beyond and can see the weather coming in from every direction, we who have a more lowly existence, have little forewarning of weather fronts and can only contend with the results.

However we have the advantage of being able to open the door and have our lunch outside in the sun without resorting to stairs or lifts.

And so it was today, the first time this year that it felt warm and sunny enough to eat outside and then to potter about with plants on the patio.
