Roman Legion, Castlecary

The Antonine Wall runs through the northern part of Cumbernauld and at various places near to the Wall's access points there are modern representations of Roman soldiers' shields and, occasionally, the soldiers themselves.

These two 'soldiers' are near to the stretch of the Antonine Wall at Castlecary, behind the Castlecary House Hotel.
