Oh what a day!

The plan was to spend the morning shopping in a lovely little village called Knutsford with my mum, however that didn't quite happen. On the way there my car decided it wanted to get a puncture and so after hours of waiting around for the breakdown recovery (Mini's don't have a spare, they just have "run flat" tyres) and a trip to Quikfit it was finally sorted.

We decided to treat ourselves to a pub lunch after all that and a trip to the local farm shop to look at all the Christmas goodies which managed to lighten the spirits a little.

So tonight will consist of cooking a lovely meal for my OH and putting the Christmas tree up, definitely a happier end to the day!
