The roads department arrive

The council arrived this morning, and when I went out to ask if they wanted a tea/ coffee, I also asked what it might be.

The answer... 'If it was frosty in the mornings, then that could be the cause. It's not frosty though, so we don't know. We are just going to dig it, fill it, and hope it doesn't happen again'.
