Change

A dark, dank day. Her Ladyship no longer finds the greenhouse a pleasant place for her long daytime sleep. I no longer find summer underwear sufficient to keep me warm. The home grown tomatoes have lost their flavour. Autumn is taking hold.

Still, the conditions are good for fungi. Among the more colourful examples I found today was this beautifully contoured pale one.
