Green, Green...cake

Today my old friend and colleague Linda came for tea.
She brought this delicious green cake with...
Lina is originally from Indonesia, and makes the most delicious snacks and meals!
This is a Pandan cake, and tastes so good and fluffy ..... yummie...

The recipe,

Ingredients
300 grams of flour
300 grams of sugar
400 grams of egg (8 eggs)
150 ml coconut milk
12 grams baking powder
3 tablespoons water
panda paste (available from Asian shops)
pinch of salt

Preparation
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. grease the tin and preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

First Beat the eggs until foamy. Then add the sugar, baking powder, salt and mix until the sugar has dissolved. Then add bit by bit the sifted flour. The coconut milk and water. Last, little by little panda pasta and mix through until you have the desired color.
put the mixture into the prepared tin and bake an hour in the oven at 170 C. Then leave to cool into the oven
