Here I go again!

Setting myself another challenge – to read all the six books short-listed for the Baileys Women’s Prize for Fiction. My daughters and I are all going to try and do this, as we are booked to listen to the authors at the Southbank Centre in June, the day before they announce the winner. I have read ‘The Goldfinch’ and I’m still not sure what I think about it. It’s a huge book anyway so I’m glad I’ve read that. ‘The Lowland’ I read when it was short-listed for the Booker. So that’s two down and four to go. I have no idea about the other four; two are first books from Irish writers. They all sound worth reading anyway.
