Dancing....

Busy day which finished up with the first of our Big Dance Pledge classes, with the amazing Emma, dance specialist Development Officer, teaching, organized by the fab Get Scotland Dancing team.

Brilliant fun, very sweaty and not too complicated - though some bits are hard to do when you're laughing - find a dance class near you or learn the dance pledge online.
