The Beef Burger Cake

Tess has her bake off at school today, and this is the amazing cake she made - all by herself. Two Victoria sponges for the bread buns and a chocolate brownie for the burger. Rolled icing made the tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. She's such a brilliant cook, I marvel at her ability, at 10, to make such interesting and imaginative things. It's also going to be Billie's birthday cake tomorrow, so that's a result already.
