Matikkakeitto on HELPPO keittää

My sister brought me a burbot (Lota lota) when she visited us on Ahti's birthday. My mother in law gutted it since I'm not too familiar with that kind of stuff. I didn't have time to cook it then so i froze the fish and cooked today. I made a fish soup of it and had a Chimay triple trappist beer with it.
