Ups and downs

Another mad day of back to back meetings, but at least one was over lunch at The Outsider and because it was early we got the table with this great view over the rooftops to the castle. Must look like I'm a bit obsessed by the castle this week...but hard to be tired of it.
Ended the day with a dentist appointment. All routine, but as I lie there wincing at the horrible noises and trying to work out how to position my jaw and tongue to stay out of the way of their instruments (impossible!) I find myself wondering why the hygienist seems to use more medieval torture instruments than the dentist!
