A day of feeling a bit under the weather.. Still.. Definitely would seem I've got remnants of flu as Hot cold and everything aching.

Enjoyed having my hair cut especially the head massage part during the wash..

Home via supermarket dosed up on garlic and chilli tonight (and paracetamol)
