Seasoned marathon runner

... and me. Les has done 160+ marathons (he did one last week, is running the London marathon tomorrow, and has another one next week). His friend, Gina has completed 484 marathons and aims to hit the 500 mark later this year. I managed 5k this morning and felt exhausted...
