the joy of new glasses

After waiting for 2 weeks my new glasses were finally ready to collect this morning. They are so comfortable and lightweight. Varifocals, transition lenses, and anti-reflective. I love them. (I don't want to think about much they cost...). They're quite different to what I've been wearing for the last few years. I can now drive my car, use the desktop computer, see the telly instead of it being a moving coloured box in the corner, and I can see up the road clearly without it looking like a Monet painting.
Been working in the garden this afternoon and also done some painting.
