Just visiting.

What I now realise was foolish endeavour, saw me going to the gym this morning, rather than spending the day enjoying a more leisurely recovery after yesterday's flight and the exertions of last week.

A dull ache in my arm and chest made me think that I'd done something untoward and so I took myself off to hospital. Just been told that I'm in for the night while they check me out.

So, after a week of blips taken in New York and Washington, I'm afraid it's something more prosaic today.......the view from my bed!
