A wee Cheviot lamb

I had my appointment this morning with the osteopath and it went very well. I was a bit sore after it but that has improved now. I'm going back for more on Thursday morning so that should help me on my road back to work.

On my way back to Gala I stopped to take some pictures of the wee lambs in the field. I should have taken my tripod out of the boot as I wasn't really holding the camera steady enough but this one is one of the few in focus. I have spent a great afternoon watching the Melrose Sevens on telly, just a shame I couldn't be there in person this year.
