Funeral March for Queen Mary

Fantastic concert today with the Leicester Bach Choir, starting with Purcell's 'Funeral Music for Queen Mary II,' then Walton's 'Coronation Te Deum', Parry's 'I Was Glad,', Ireland's 'Vexilla Regis,' topped off with Rutter's 'Gloria.,' all to the accompaniment of organ, brass and percussion.

An amazing experience and a privilege to sing in it.

Here are some of the brass and percussion players from The Bach Camerata, who accompanied us, playing the Funeral March for Queen Mary in the chancel of the church of St James the Greater in Leicester.
