HONC 30

The Winchcombe cycle club started this reliability ride 30 years ago, I'd have been 10. And today there were plenty that age doing the HONC, many on crossers, ideally suited as it was dry and a quick course (for some).

There was even a, I suppose around, 8 year old doing the ride on one of those bikes that attach to the back of an adults bike. Cheating I say, two person power and only three wheels, plus they beat me by 5 minutes!

I may change the photo pending a better one from the on course photographer. In the meantime, it's a mighty fine medal I think!
