Blossoms bonanza ...

Ran away for the weekend and joined my photography school on a weekend trip to Washington DC to see the cherry blossoms. Amazing weather and lots of sunshine, so the crowds were huge.

A few enterprising people dressed up to enjoy the festivities ... lots of kimonos, and even a mermaid!
