A Peep Thru the Pinhole

"The Lock-Up"

The location is Bewdley museum, where there are displays of the history local crafts, and of sundry other things do do with the town's former years. On 27 March this year I uploaded a Blip of the stocks in the museum. Now, if I were to turn around 180 degrees from that position I would see the view in today's image - all part of the town's history, and features of the museum - much of which (like this one) is situated outdoors.

There are a couple of these lockups, and when open one sees just a raised concrete slab for the unfortunate inmate to 'rest' on. No heating of course. Some rest indeed!
