Black-headed Gull

Beautiful lunchtime at Loch Spynie. Not a great deal of action on the wee bird feeders, although I did spy a couple of reed buntings there. What was nice was that there was a lot more duck et al action right in front of the hide than I had seen this year. These chaps were highly entertaining - swimming, posing and swooping. This one is nearly in full summer plumage, but about 75% opacity!
