Experiments in granola

Mr.K has decided he loves sainsburys 'cooked in store' granola bars, I have to admit they are rather special. I've always thought flapjacks and granola bars were fairly easy to make, I thought I'd have a go at replicating them. This is the second batch and although they are a lovely mix of crunch and sticky, they are not quite the same. A little more mixed spice and a tad more ooze...
