Mid week ride

I went out with the CTC mid week riders today. It was such a beautiful day and the first day I have worn sun cream! We went to Old Hurst to Johnson's which is the most fantastic tea room. It also has some crocodiles which (I was reliably informed) are about 30 years old and 2 very small babies that are only 2 years old. The Macaws were showing off and very vocal. I love their colours against the bright blue sky.

The ride home was different to the way I have been before and kept to the Fens - not the most exciting roads, but the company was great and the weather fab. What more cold you ask for!
