Dunstaffnage

Stunningly beautiful morning at Dunstaffnage. The sea was calm, the sky was blue … cliché maybe but still stunning.

The SEPA’s flagship vessel was moored at the Dunstaffnage landing stage. That’s the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency which is based nearby. The boat is a 24 metre long scientific survey vessel, with two laboratories and a whole range of mechanical and electronic sampling gear for their work all over Scotland.

Our nephew, niece and their utterly captivating daughter left after lunch to head slowly home. We’re already missing them.

Back blipped from our super day yesterday, if you care to have a look.
