Work In Progress

I started the trifles yesterday, with the sponge, strawberry and jelly layer, with a generous slosh of sherry. Today it's the Birds custard layer on all but one, for the lactose intolerant friend. I guess she won't be getting a generous dollop of cream on hers tomorrow either!
