It's finally happened...

I have a wee morning routine where I fill Bethany's bottles for the day from the previous night fresh boiled water, empty the excess into the water filter and re-fill and boil the kettle to heat up one of the bottles for her morning bottle. During this also, I prep my coffee machine by putting the coffee grounds in.

I stole one of Bethany's formula measures to transport the coffee from it's container to the machine and can you guess where this is going?

Yep, I managed to put the coffee grounds into the bottle. Have come close many times before, but finally done it. Maybe that will make me more aware each morning.
