Lost Kite

Went on a lovely walk with the boyfriend and his mummy today. Along the river to Slateford where we paused for a pub lunch, then along the canal into the Old Town (where we saw Ian Rankin reading Ian Rankin in the Grassmarket) then through Princes Street Gardens and along the tram tracks home. Quick cup of tea then to the boyfriend's mammy's for seed-sewing and curry.

Saw this colourful kite trapped in the blossomy branches of a tree along the river. Love the colours against the blue sky.

Sore legs after all that!
