much better today

after a day of feeling very sorry myself yesterday, I was back on track this evening & headed to Westfield for restorative carrot juice and noodles and some Christmas shopping. The mall was open untill 11pm (joy) and when I came out it was snowing... went to pick a drunk Mike up feeling very good about myself, I am never drinking again!
