Bee on Mayflower

In our garden, next to the crabapple, this tree has started to bloom too. From afar the blossom doesn't look so impressive, but on close-up you can see the cute pink stamens. I reckon it's Crataegus laevigata, midland or woodland hawthorn , also called mayflower. The bee was an extra :-)

Thanks very much for your comments and stars on yesterday's cake delivery mini-van, I haven't tried the cakes yet, but I will, maybe even ask for them to be delivered by that van ;-)
