Family Portrait

Absolutely lovely day. We decided on a very rare choice today, just the two of us playing out.

So we headed to Liverpool and caught exhibitions at the Tate, a superb photography exhibition from Sicily in the 70s & 80s at Open Eye, interesting installation at Fact and, as always, a great exhibition at the Bluecoat. This is 'Family Portrait' by Marliene Oliver which has sheets of glass screen printed with MRI slices of her mum & dad. They frame J9 nicely after we had scoffed a good lunch down by the pier head.

Really don't do days like this often enough. Can't wait until we live back over in Liverpool.
