Sunset off St Johns

We had our final snorkelling outing this morning at The Caves on Treasure Island - seems that there was actually some treasure found there many moons ago and it's reputed to be the island inspiration for RLS. Unfortunately we didn't turn anything up apart from lobster, squid, cave fish and loads more that we hadn't seen before. Going to have to buy an identification book!

After that it was a downwind sail to St. John's, with Dave and me both trying our hand at the wheel. The mainsail wasn't rigged but even so it's a lot harder work than you'd think to keep a course. I was a bit intense when steering us parallel to a reef for what seemed like forever but the Captain was unfazed (I think)! More sailing tomorrow under full canvas. Can't wait.
