In a World of his Own

I was in Lyme Regis again today, sat in the Marine Parade shelters, it was raining heavily!
This little chap (foreign, German, I think) was chattering away to himself, all alone out there in the rain, oblivious of how awful the weather was!
The photograph has a kind of magic, I hope you agree.
It also looks like one of those "colour pop" manipulated pictures, but I can assure you it isn't, that's just the way it was
